What happens when Super Hero Girl visits

Super Hero Girl swoops in ready to train a whole squad of heroes before the cake even comes out. Flying-pose practice, a super-strength obstacle course (lifting cardboard “boulders”, mostly), and a rescue mission that needs teamwork to pull off.

She leads with warmth as much as power, cheering every recruit on rather than showing off, and the games move fast enough that nobody’s standing around waiting for a turn. It all lands with a cape-billowing Happy Birthday and a hero-pose photograph.
